Travel The World

Just a few pics from the French Quarter and Canal Street.  Much classier when I used to live there.

Some more random pics around the Tulane campus.  The bottom two are of the same church on the Loyola campus right next door.  Oddly enough, they were taken within a few minutes of each other.

Some more pictures of the sports areas and (relatively) new law school at Tulane University.

I really enjoyed this trip!  In the first picture, you can see Gibson Hall (the admin building).  It's the first building you encounter on the Tulane campus after disembarking from the St. Charles Avenue streetcar.  The second picture shows the quad behind Gibson--pay special attention to the weird trees they have on campus:)  Yes, it's Mardi Gras season!  In the last picture, you can see my old law school.  A new one was built in '96 but I never studied in it nor even saw it until this trip. 

In the first picture, you can see the Pontchartrain hotel where I stayed during a recent visit to New Orleans.  In the second (right behind the hotel), you can see the apartment building where I used to live--look towards the background of the picture.  No real change in this neighborhood since I left in '94.
