More from T'bilisi, Georgia

Really amazing! Grapes on the vine on a city street in the capital. You
see this everywhere! Georgia is known for its wine and apparently, the
climate will allow the vines to grow almost anywhere here.

  1. Reminds me of my time in Armenia. We used to pick the grape leaves and use them for dolma. Yum!

  2. I wonder what you were doing in Armenia? I imagine it's a similar culture/people. Thanks for commenting on the site. Russ

  3. I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Armenia. Yeah, the two countries share similar cultures.

I have been following your blog for a while because I have been interested in your current position with the military. I, too, am a DLI graduate and aspire to teach there one day.
Anyway, good luck in Georgia and enjoy the hospitality!
